The committee confirmed that an institution may not provide any academic expenses or services (e.g., tutoring, test preparation) to assist a prospective or enrolled student-athlete in completing any initial-eligibility or transfer-eligibility requirements or in improving his or her academic profile in the preparation of a request for a waiver of such requirements.
