An additional proposal for the 2008-09 Legislative Cycle has been added to LSDBi and the Publication of Proposed Legislation. It was inadvertently omitted until today. Proposal 2008-074 permits a single alumni contest to be conducted the weekend prior to the first permissible contest date of the championship segment.
