The 2009 NCAA Convention in Washington DC will feature a vote on Proposal 2007-030-C at the end of the Division I Legislative Forum, scheduled for January 16. The Board held fast yesterday on its adoption of the legislation. A 5/8 majority of Division I delegates present and voting will be required to override the Board.
